Testimonials
Any of our training workshops or presentations can be integrated into a company retreat.
These custom-built retreats can accommodate from 6 to 60 members of your organization, and can include time allotted to business meetings, teambuilding exercises, and/or training workshops. Retreats are also an ideal time to undertake individual personality inventories or team assessments, such as MBTI®, HBDI®, or Hogan Assessments.
Let us know your goals for your company retreat, and we can take care of all the event-planning details (location, lodging, food). We can even coordinate the event on-site, ensuring it stays on-topic, on-schedule, and freeing everyone in your organization to fully participate in the workshops and discussions.
You can choose from our list of HR training topics, or we can develop custom sessions specifically for you.
For topics outside of HR, we can work with you to find expert speakers, presenters, and workshop leaders that are a perfect fit for what your company needs.

Where are retreats held?
We can work with you to find a location that’s ideal for your retreat. You can decide between a local location, with your employees traveling to the retreat center each day, or a location that’s further away that has accommodations included.
Is it possible to accommodate more than 60 people at a retreat?
Absolutely. Which facility you choose largely determines how many people can attend. We do, however, believe that everyone learns best in hands-on, interactive sessions, so if you’re planning a larger retreat, we would recommend working smaller-group breakout sessions into the schedule, if possible.
We tailor our solutions to your budget, timeline, and objectives.
